The Quiz Club conducted their first open quiz for this academic year, the Bollywood Quiz, on 4th October. Forty eight teams participated in the event from which Pranag Reddy, Nitin Bankar and Rohit Lonare emerged victorious.
On 6th October, nine teams from our college, participated in the prestigious ‘Sweden-India Nobel Memorial Quiz’, organised by the Embassy of Sweden, at the Muffakham Jah College of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad. Despite stiff competition from around ninety teams of various schools and colleges, Aakash Sankaranarayanan, Rohini Vaideswaran and Srihari Raju from the Quiz Club NITW won the third prize.
On 8th October, the Quiz Club, on behalf of BITS Hyderabad Quiz Club, hosted the regional round of Enigma, a national-level quiz, organised during BITS Hyderabad’s annual techno-management festival, ATMOS. Nearly thirty teams participated out of which two were declared the winners. These teams will participate in the national finals of Enigma.
